Will the same people clean our building?
Yes. You meet whoever is assigned to your building, by name, before they start. If that ever changes, we tell you in advance.
How do you arrive at the price?
We visit the building, agree on the scope and estimate the labor required. You receive a fixed monthly price. Cleaning products and equipment are included; you supply paper products and soap.
Are you insured?
We carry $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate general liability through National Specialty Insurance Company. Before the first visit, we provide a certificate naming your company as additional insured.
What if a scheduled night is missed?
We automatically credit that week on your next invoice.
What are the contract terms?
The agreement runs for 12 months. Either side can end it at any time with 30 days’ notice, with no cancellation penalty or automatic renewal.
