Why this building is different

The cleaning is the easy part. The trust is the job.

Charts on desks. Screens that do not always lock. What you are buying is someone you can leave alone in the building.

If your practice needs this written into a confidentiality agreement of your own, send it across and we will sign it. Full detail on the policies page.

The nightly scope

Treatment rooms, waiting room, restrooms, and the surfaces everyone touches.

Three nights a week suits most practices. We start after the last patient and we are out the same evening.

What we do not do

The boundary, said before you have to ask.

The edges, said now rather than in month three.

What this buyer actually asks
Are you insured, and will you name our practice?

No one sets foot in your building until you hold a certificate naming your practice as additional insured. A precondition of the first visit, not a form you chase after.

Who exactly will be in the building?

The same named people every week, introduced before they start. If that has to change you hear it from us, not by finding a stranger in reception.

What time do you come?

After your last patient. Tell us when the building is genuinely empty and we build the route around it. If your last appointment runs past six, say so at the walkthrough.

What happens if a night gets missed?

That week comes off your next invoice automatically, and since every invoice reports the month just finished, it is never more than one invoice away. You should not have to notice, ask, or argue.

Half an hour, in your building, no charge.

We price by walking it and counting the hours the work honestly takes. You get a written scope and a fixed monthly number.
