Offices, practices and the buildings that empty out by six.
Offices along Route 138 and Dedham Street, dental and medical practices, and buildings of about three to five thousand square feet that empty out by six.
We do not take on restaurants, buildings needing daytime porter cover, or sites where a landlord rather than the tenant makes the decision. Saying so early saves everybody a meeting.
How is the price set?
By walking the building and counting hours, not by square footage. The walkthrough is thirty minutes to an hour, free, no obligation.
What happens if a night gets missed?
That week comes off your next invoice automatically. The invoice leads with attendance, so a missed night is on the first line with the credit applied.
Do you hold a key?
Usually, because we work when the building is empty. Keys are signed out against a tag number, never a building name, and a background check happens before any key is issued.
