Stoughton is a few minutes from our base in Canton, which keeps it firmly inside the area we can serve properly rather than stretch to. Close enough that a short drive is never the reason something did not get done.
The town has a steady base of dental and medical practices and small professional offices, which is exactly the size band we are set up for: buildings of roughly three to five thousand square feet, cleaned three nights a week after the staff have gone.
We do not take on restaurants, buildings needing daytime porter cover, or sites where a landlord rather than the tenant makes the decision. Saying so early saves everybody a meeting.
